After huge success in the Netherlands, UK and Belgium, Autarco is now entering the Spanish market and seeks to develop installation and resale partners active in the solar rooftop space.

Account Manager


We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to join our fast growing team and help us expand our presence in Spain. You will be responsible for generating leads and establishing long lasting partnerships with solar installers and developers. You will demonstrate and explain the benefits of the Autarco proposition to prospective partners and deal with sales inquiries. Through the use of Autarco tools and guidelines, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are well designed and complete in line with Autarco principles.

You will work directly with one of the Owner/Directors in Girona and with the support of the Eindhoven headquarters. Based on your dealings with partners, you will be expected to provide input in to sales process improvement and related IT development.

Technical


  • MS Office
  • Google G Suite

  • Experience with CRM applications (NetSuite treated favourably)

Personal Requirements


  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in solar PV or energy related field.
  • Have a passion for making the world a better place and renewable energy.
  • Be pro-active and driven with a problem solving mentality.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and preferably Catalan or French.
  • Willingness to travel (Spain and France and to Eindhoven headquarters)

Responsibilities


  • Develop leads through networking, market research, events and cold calling.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide the link between Autarco’s technical experts in Eindhoven headquarters and your customers.
  • Assist the Marketing team based in Eindhoven to create content for the Spanish speaking market.
  • Provide sales support service including PV system design support.
  • Manage relationships with accounts.
