Autarco is currently looking for an Account Manager to extend our sales team in the Netherlands.

Autarco is a European total solutions brand of solar energy systems. Whereas other solar systems are assembled using multiple component brands, Autarco manufactures all parts used in its solutions and has developed end to end software that supports our resale partners across every step of the project lifecycle. This integration of hardware and software enables Autarco to deliver an industry unique insured performance (kWh) guarantee to the system owner.

Account Manager

Work closely with the Sales Manager and other Account Managers to manage existing distributor and dealer relationships (accounts). The Account Manager is expected to proactively contact existing accounts to generate repeat sales as well as develop new opportunities. They will be measured against customer satisfaction scores and repeat/new business.

The Account Manager deals with sales inquiries from customers, provides solar PV system designs and quotes and drives repeat business. Through the use of Autarco tools and guidelines, the Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are well designed and complete in line with Autarco principles.

Based on their dealings with accounts, the Account Manager will be expected to provide input in to sales process improvement and related IT development.


  • Grow turnover from existing distributor and dealer relationships (accounts).
  • Provide sales support service including PV system design support.
  • Manage relationships with accounts.
  • Assist Sales Managers with business development where required.

Personal requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the solar PV industry.
  • Have a passion for making the world a better place and renewable energy.
  • Be pro-active and driven with a problem solving mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably a third language.
